We offer three different insulation packages, which can be ordered individually or as a complete set.

1. Floor insulation package - RD value of ≥ 6.0 m²K/W

A well insulated floor prevents heat loss and keeps the cold ground outside. This package contains:
✔ 25 mm insulation boards
✔ Slats for installation

2. Roof insulation package - RD value of ≥ 8.0 m²K/W

A well insulated roof prevents heat loss upwards. This package contains:
✔ 25 mm insulation boards
✔ Slats for mounting
✔ 12 mm OSB panels for extra strength

3. Wall insulation package - RD value of ≥ 6.0 m²K/W

Ensures that your tiny home or garden house is optimally protected against cold and heat. This package contains:
✔ 25 mm insulation boards
✔ Slats for mounting

Complete insulation solution

Want maximum insulation? Order the complete insulation package and benefit from a fully insulated garden house or tiny home. This ensures an RD value of ≥ 8.0 m²K/W for the roof, ≥ 6.0 m²K/W for the walls and ≥ 5.0 m²K/W for the floor, which means that you benefit optimally from energy savings and comfort.

Costs are approximately €36 per m2.

For maximum stability and durability we recommend a concrete slab foundation . We offer this for €18,675 , including installation by specialists.

Yes, with our insulation package (€6,200) your tiny home or garden house will be fully insulated (floor, roof and walls), so that it remains comfortable in every season.

We use FSC-certified Scandinavian wood , which is known for its durability and high insulation value.

You can pay via iDEAL, bank transfer and credit card, on invoice with deposit .

We offer a 5 to 10 year warranty , depending on the type of product. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and wood rot, provided the product has been treated and maintained correctly.
